Studio Apartments with luxurious beds with ultra plush duvets and pillows are standard, as to are 21" TVs with Sky Channels, DVDs with CD and MP3 players and Wi-Fi internet access everywhere you go. Fully equipped kitchens in every apartment. Add to this separate dining and lounge areas, laptop size safe, iron and ironing board, tea and coffee making facilities with washing machine and dryer in most rooms. Rate is based on 1-2 persons.

One Bedroom Apartments feature all of the facilities of a studio apartment, yet with a larger separate living area, and separate bedroom, allowing you privacy and entertaining areas all at the same time. Within the lounge area there is a two-seater sofa (some with sofa bed), an ottoman and entertainment area. Rate is based on 1-2 persons.

Two Bedroom Apartments feature all of the facilities of a one bedroom apartment, yet with a larger separate living area, and two separate bedrooms, allowing you privacy and entertaining areas all at the same time. Within the lounge area there is a sofa, an ottoman, coffee table and entertainment area all leading onto spacious balconies. Both bedrooms contain luxurious queen size beds. Rate is based on 1-4 persons.

Now available at The Quadrant, the Penthouse. On the 23rd floor has Auckland's most impressive view. From the Museum, to Waiheke Island and Devonport the uninterrupted views from the penthouse are some of the best in town. Added to this, the open-plan apartment is refectly furnished with a king size bed, dining table for 6 and lounge area to take in the view or watch either of the 2 LCD TVs.

*Includes Government Taxes (GST) based on single, twin or double occupancy with one king or two twin beds. *Quoted rates subject to change from 01 October 2010 due to GST increase. Dates surrounding sporting events or citywide events are subject to rate changes.
Child policy: Children up to 14 years of age sharing the same room, and not requiring a rollaway bed, are FOC (free of charge). Children up to 14 years of age requiring a rollaway bed will be charged the extra person rate

Hotel Check Out: 11.00am (Should client wish to check in prior to these times or check out later on the day of departure, this can be arranged subject to availability and prior negotiations).

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation terms: Any confirmed rooms cancelled after 7 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the first night's room cost. Rooms cannot be guaranteed for occupancy prior to 1500 hours unless pre-registered from the night before.
