The Nautilus Resort is a ‘4 Star Plus Qualmark rated’ Paihia accommodation situated 200 metres from Paihia beach in the beautiful Bay of Islands in northern New Zealand. The resort accommodation offers luxuriously appointed two bedroom apartments and self-catering studio units. Accommodation units are tastefully furnished and have super king beds. Most units have spa baths.

Facilities at the Bay of Islands Nautilus Resort include a stunning 16 metre swimming pool set in sub-tropical gardens, a tennis court, children’s playground, and ample parking for cars and boat trailers. The resort provides boat washing facilities.

Apartments have a large lounge with two sofas, an open plan self-catering kitchen complete with hot plates while both apartments and studio units are equipped with a microwave oven, fridge, tea / coffee and toast making facilities and cutlery and crockery.

Paihia is a ‘recreation mecca' and the jewel in Northland's tourist crown. Within 1 km of the Nautilus Resort there is golfing, deep sea fishing, shops and sightseeing excursion tours.

The Nautilus Resort is situated 200 metres from the ocean and a 20 minute stroll from the main Paihia shopping area. In nearby Paihia there are fine restaurants, cafes and entertainment.

Directions:

Paihia is 70 km north of Whangarei via State Highway 1. Follow the main road into Paihia, along the water front until you reach a roundabout, turn left up Puketona Road. Nautilus Resort is located 150 metres along Puketona Road on your right.
