Inclusions:
*Includes 12.5% government taxes (GST). Children aged 4 and under stay free if accommodated in cots or rollaway beds within the apartment reserved. Extra Person Rate (3 Bedroom Apartments only) $NZ 45 inc. GST per person per night.
Winter Season 15 June - 15 October rates are based on 2 persons. Extra person rate, where applicable, is $NZ 45 per person per night.
Extra Persons: When three bedrooms are occupied one additional rollaway bed can be used in Deluxe/Penthouse Apartments and two can be used in Premier Apartments. Minimum 3 night stay 23 December - 06 January.
Cancellation Policy:
Reservations are accepted in good faith. As is standard policy in NZ for small luxury accommodation properties, a deposit of 25% of the total tariff for your stay is required to confirm a reservation, subject to the cancellation policy. Cancellations received within 30 days of arrival may incur a 25% penalty; cancellations received within 7 days of arrival or "no-shows" may incur a 100% penalty. Therefore we always advise comprehensive insurance to cover accommodation expenses in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
