The hotel features 158 designer furnished rooms and 8 suites, spacious and welcoming, all leading onto generous private balconies and decks. Almost no two rooms are completely the same, this is a very individual hotel, offering the highest service standards. The emphasis is on comfort. Luxury king-sized beds, feather down duvets and full turndown service in the evening. Full air-conditioning features in every room. These Deluxe Harbour View rooms are luxurious rooms located on the harbour side with wonderful harbour views east of the hotel. (King - 82 rooms/ Twin - 10 rooms):
Stylish and contemporary rooms’, featuring custom woven carpets, local timber finishes, neutral chic furnishings and spacious 4- point bathroom. Each room has a walk out balcony, working desks with data points, in room safe, coffee & tea making facilities, mini bar, satellite television, pay movies, 2 voice lines, 1 data and fast-net internet connection. All have harbour views. 30 - 43sqm. Please be aware during the summer months cruise ships may restrict the views in some of the Deluxe rooms. Maximum occupancy is 2 with space for a rollaway bed if required. Rate is based on 1-2 persons. Extra person rate $NZ 71 incl GST.
Hilton Guest Room
These spacious rooms are located on the street side of the hotel with either a pool view or partial harbour view from the balcony. (King - 51 rooms/ Twin - 10 rooms):

Each room has a walk out balcony, working desks with data points, in room safe, coffee & tea making facilities, mini bar, satellite television, pay movies, 2 voice lines, 1 data and fast-net internet connection. All have street views. 30sqm. Also includes 8 special needs rooms with shower only bathrooms (’29 and ’30). Maximum occupancy is 2. Rate is based on 1-2 persons.
Inclusions:
*Includes 12.5% government taxes (GST), based on single, twin and double occupancy with one king or two twin beds. There is no charge for children 14 years or under sharing a room with parents and using existing bedding. Over 14 years the extra person rate will apply. Check-in time is from 3 PM (in order to guarantee earlier check-in, reservation and payment for the prior night is required). Check-out is 11 AM (should you wish to check-out later, the charge is 50% of the room rate up until 6pm, then the full night rate applies). Valet carparking is available at a cost of $NZ 30 per day.
