Each Lakeview Superior room has a unique view over the Okawa Bay inlet which connects to Lake Rotoiti. King rooms are located upstairs and all Twin rooms (two queen beds) are located downstairs. These rooms each have their own private wooden outdoor furniture and joins to the rolling lawn that goes right to the lakes edge. The upstairs rooms have small viewing platforms so you can enjoy the tranquility of the location. Each room has a Mediterranean influenced wooden shutter system in the bathroom. The luxurious bathrooms all have a separate bath and shower with under floor heating. Rate is based on 1-2 persons. Twin rooms have a maximum occupancy of 3 adults (extra person rate applies).
All three Suites have full frontal views of Lake Rotoiti. Two suites are located upstairs and one suite located downstairs. The suites are extremely popular with those on their honeymoon, celebrating an anniversary or special occasion, or for those who just need more space. The Suites consist of a separate lounge living room area to the master bedroom. Both the lounge and the bedroom have their own TV’s with Sky. Two of the suites have gorgeous spa baths in luxurious bathrooms with separate showers. These suites are on a request basis only. Rate is based on 1-2 persons. Sleeps 2 persons maximum.

Cancellation Policy: A confirmed reservation will be held up until check-out time on the following day, irrespective of the guests arrival time. A confirmed reservation that is neither cancelled nor taken up by the client, will incur a no show charge of one night's accommodation. Any further nights included in the reservation will automatically be cancelled. Reservations may be cancelled up until 6.00pm, 48 hours prior to the day of arrival without incurring cancellation charges. Cancellations received outside this period will incur a cancellation charge of one night's accommodation. Therefore we always advise comprehensive insurance to cover accommodation expenses in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
