It is within walking distance to ‘The Edge’, incorporating the Aotea Centre,
the Town Hall and the Civic Centre, with high street boutiques, art galleries and
theatres close by.
The location also provides easy access to the city’s motorways. Home to the
America’s Cup, the Duxton Hotel Auckland is ideally positioned for an enjoyable

The Duxton Hotel Auckland offers a range of rooms from deluxe to two-bedroom apartments.
Classically styled and tastefully decorated all rooms have views, some over lush Myers
Park, and others to the city and beyond. Each of the deluxe rooms, suites and apartments
offer a fully-equipped kitchen, and a private balcony.
Many also feature decadent spa baths with wooden louvre shutters that open out onto
the main room. The one and two-bedroom apartments offer deluxe furnishings including
leather sofas that match the rich mahogany furniture. Interconnecting rooms are available
should they be required.
Enjoy high quality, seasonally fresh New Zealand cuisine in elegant surroundings at
The Grill, or choose to dine al fresco on the terrace by the pool, overlooking the park.
Select from the extensive room service menu, or you may prefer to stay in your room
and take in the view while creating your own culinary delights in the fully equipped
kitchens. And of course The Bar is open for your favourite drink from early till late.
There are three meeting and conference rooms all offering natural light. The rooms
can accommodate for up to 120 people and are fully equipped with audio-visual and data

The Presidential Suite is a combination of the Executive Penthouse Suite and a Penthouse Suite in a separate wing of the Hotel. The Executive Two Bedroom Penthouse Suites have been refurbished into a two-level luxurious apartment which is tastefully furnished. These split level apartments are on the top floor of the hotel. The bottom level consists floor to ceiling windows with ranch sliding doors onto the private balcony, lounge with couches, dining suite, kitchen facilities*, private balcony. One bedroom is located on the ground level with one king bed which can be split into two single beds if requested whereas the second bedroom is located on the mezzanine level of the apartment. Both bedrooms are equipped with its own private bathroom, one with spa bath ensuite. Approx area: 70 square metres. Located on level 10 on Myers Park side of hotel. Cancellation Policy:TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Accommodation is prepaid and NON-REFUNDABLE. Payment is processed against credit card provided within 24 hours of booking. Credit Card used to prepay must be provided at check-in for authentication. A credit card is required for ALL reservations at the Duxton Hotel Auckland and must be produced at check-in to the Hotel. We always advise comprehensive insurance to cover accommodation expenses in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
Cancellations & Amendments: Are charged at time of booking and is NON-REFUNDABLE. Dates of booking may be changed with more than 48 hours notice however an administration fee of $50.00 will be incurred as well as any applicable tariff increase. New dates must fall within 3 months of original booking.
No Shows: Confirmed bookings which do not arrive will incur a fee of one night’s accommodation.
6PM Release: Bookings that are not prepaid or have not been guaranteed by a credit card, will be cancelled at 6PM on the day of arrival. Any cancelled bookings that arrive after 6PM may be re-instated subject to availability only.
